Novem (ノエム Noemu) is a minor character and an arbiter who is employed on an unknown floor.
Appearance
He is distinguishable by his bulky brown hair, narrow green eyes and slender facial and body structure. He sports traditional arbiter uniform.
Plot
He appeared once alongside Tria on the shuttle in a cameo in Episode 2. They both later again appeared together in Viginti in Episode 7 when asked by Ginti if either of them had ever before failed to judge a human. Both answered they hadn't.
Trivia
- His name is Latin for "nine", though it is unknown if he works on that floor.[1]
