Yuuki Machida (町田ゆうき様, Machida Yuuki), also known as Macchi is an old acquaintance of Machiko.

She is Machiko's friend from high school who changed how people address her, believing her name to be too masculine. After years of barely any contact, she was invited to Takashi and Machiko's wedding. She married a doctor, but yearned to be with an old flame, causing her to cheat on her partner.
Plot[]
Takashi mistakenly thinks that her nickname is a nickname of Machiko while overhearing the gossip of two guests. Since he is also a doctor, he believes that Machiko cheated on him, resulting in him to mistrust her and ultimately in their demise.
